What HR Gets Wrong About

Mental Health

and how to fix it... why it's not always what it seems on the surface.

About this webinar:

Most organizations care deeply about employee mental health, yet many efforts miss the mark.

During this 60-minute webinar, we’ll take a fresh, honest look at the common assumptions HR teams make about mental health support, why those approaches often fall short, and what actually drives meaningful change.

Designed for HR, People Ops, and DEI leaders, this session goes beyond surface-level solutions to uncover the structural, cultural, and communication gaps that quietly undermine wellbeing efforts.

If you’re resetting your wellness strategy or sensing that “doing more” isn’t delivering better outcomes, this conversation will help you rethink what support really looks like and how to bring it to your employees.
